How long does shipping usually take?
After we confirm your order, the goods usually leave our warehouse on the next working day and are handed over to our logistics partner.
Delivery to Austria typically takes about 5–8 working days for in-stock items, to Germany about 7–9 working days.
For other countries we deliver to, delivery time may vary slightly depending on the country and service provider.
Are orders shipped discreetly?
Yes. We ship exclusively in neutral, discreet boxes. Only our company name ‘online360 service GmbH’ appears as the sender – it is not possible to infer the contents from the outside.
Are there restrictions on shipping products with electrical components?
Yes. Products with electrical components are only shipped to Austria and Germany for legal reasons (including the WEEE directive).
To all other countries we deliver, we only ship items without electrical elements.
Items that cannot be delivered to certain countries are marked accordingly in the shop.
What payment methods are available?
You can pay with us via Sofortüberweisung, PayPal, and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
All prices are given in euros and include the statutory sales tax.
How does the ordering process and contract conclusion work?
You can order as a registered customer with a user account or as a guest.
After entering all required data, accepting our terms and conditions, and clicking ‘Order with obligation to pay’, you submit a binding offer.
First, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. The contract is then concluded by our explicit acceptance of the order
or when the goods are shipped.
What right of withdrawal do I have and are there exceptions?
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The period begins as soon as you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) take possession of the last item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear statement by post or email to us is sufficient.
For hygienic reasons, certain items are excluded from the right of withdrawal, e.g. sealed hygiene products (such as condoms) and certain sex toys like vibrators. If you are unsure whether an item can be returned, we recommend contacting us before ordering.

What happens if an item is not available?
If a ordered item unexpectedly is not available, we will inform you as soon as possible by email.
In this case, the offer for this item is considered not accepted.
If you have ordered multiple items, your order may also be partially accepted.
We will refund any amounts already paid for unavailable items within a few working days or offset them against other products on request.
How do you handle my personal data?
The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003).
When shopping, in particular your contact data and data required for payment processing are stored, as these are necessary for contract fulfillment.
Data is only passed on to those parties that are needed to process your purchase (e.g. payment service providers, shipping companies, tax consultancy).
You have the right at any time to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, as well as to revoke your consent and object to certain processing.
