Shipping costs are 9.99 EUR per shipment and delivery time for items in stock is approximately 5-7 business days. We ship free of charge for orders of 200 EUR and above.

All products are shipped to the Netherlands, including items containing electrical components.
Shipping costs are a flat rate of 14.99 EUR per shipment. Delivery time for items in stock is approximately 4-7 business days.
Other Countries
We also ship to the following countries: Belgium, Estonia, Denmark, Ireland, Croatia, Malta, Portugal, Slovenia and Hungary.
Only products that do NOT contain any electrical elements are shipped to these countries. This is for legal reasons (national implementation of the WEEE directive).
Products that cannot be shipped are marked accordingly. If a product with such components is ordered anyway, we remove them from the order, notify you, and process the remainder of the order if applicable.
Shipping costs are a flat rate of 14.99 EUR except for Ireland and Malta where it is 45 EUR.
Packaging
Shipment is discreet in neutral boxes. The sender is our company name – online360 service GmbH.
Take-back of used devices and batteries
Electrical devices and batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. Information on free returns in your country is available at erotikwelt.org/recycling.
